We offer easy no hassle returns. Simply, return your item to the address below and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to include your order ID on the outside of the box so we can issue the credit to the proper order. All returns or exchanges must have a RA# along with your original order number.
Our return terms are as follows:
- All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. These are for returns that are processed 30 days after the date of delivery. This will be deducted from any possible refund. If no refund is due, then there will be a separate charge made.
- We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Damaged returns must be postmarked within 14 days of initial receipt.
- On all exchanges customer is responsible for costs associated with sending the returned items.
- Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subjected to 25% restocking fee.
- Packages which are marked returned, but have been opened, may not be accepted.
- In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, simply return it within 14 days and we will happily replace it with a new, identical, working item. Contact our returns department at returns@goldsgymbags.com with any questions.
